Cook from frozen
To Boil : Place the desired quantity in a saucepan of boiling water. Add Salt to taster bring back to the boil, cover and simmer for 2-3 minutes until tender, drain and serve.
To Shallow Fry
Shallow fry over medium heat for 3-4 minutes, Turning occasionally.
Microwave Guidelines
Place desired quantity in a non metallic dish, Cover and microwave for 6 to 7 minutes. Always check that the product is piping hot before serving.
Quick Frozen
To be store and transported at -180 C or below
